You may get a huge improvement by fixing just a little thing:
If you don't feel strength on your thrusts as much as you expect, check the wrist when you make a fist. It has to be flat.

Another factor to make your thrusts more effective: Make sure your front knee is bent enough. If you still see your own toe, it's not enough.
