Confirmed - Opening Class

It's been confirmed that our class is starting on Aug.30 (Thu).

Location: Apex Martial Ats VSL (Basement. 750 Boulevard Décarie, Saint-Laurent, QC H4L 3L5)

Time: 18:00 - 19:30

Fee: TBA (No charge for the first class)

Wear: Anything that you can do hard exercise with (e.g. Karate or Judo type of gi, T-shirt and sweat-pants, etc.)

Basic improvement

You may get a huge improvement by fixing just a little thing: If you don't feel strength on your thrusts as much as you expect, check the wrist when you make a fist. It has to be flat.
