Open Class

An open class is scheduled on Sep.20th (Thu), from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Apex Martial Arts (Basement).

This event is to offer a free open classe to those who are interested in knowing about Shorinji Kempo.
Shorinji Kempo is characterized by the variety of its techniques - including the "hard" (strikes, kicks, evasions, etc.) and "soft" (hold, escape, pin, grapple, etc.) techniques.
Come visit us to experience the practical and artistic techniques of Shorinji Kempo!

* We meet in the basement of Apex Martial Arts. Go through the main gym on the ground floor to find the stairs at the back.

Class starting

We are planning to start our class in the middle of August, at a temporary venue in Saint-Laurent. The class will be held once a week to start, and will be twice a week as the class grows. Please contact skmtlca@gmail.com if you are interested in joining. Schedule: Thursday, 6:00pm - 7:30pm (TBC) Age: 14 or up Fees: TBA Start Date: TBA *Although the class has got a permission to start by the World Shorinji Kempo Organization (WSKO), it is NOT an official branch of the WSKO yet. Targeting to get the official status by the year-end.
